Sunil Nayak did his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from MANIPAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY Manipal, Mangalore University (1998).
​
Worked with the National level award winning firm BHOOSHAN AND ASSOCIATES, Mysuru (1998 to 2006) and worked on variety of projects from Individual Bungalows, Auditoriums, Hospitals and Resorts.
​
Established own firm Sunil Nayak Architects in Mysuru in 2006, the firm specializes in design of residences, commercial buildings, Industrial buildings and apartments in Mysuru, Bangalore and other places in South India.
​
He is affiliated to the Indian Institute of Architects and also member of Council of Architecture, New Delhi.

M.Tech ( structures ) . SJCE , Mysore. Having own consultancy firm deep consultants in Mysore since 1992. Worked with various Architects in Mysore, Bangalore and various parts of South India on variety of projects. Also specializes in PEB structures.

Arvind Bhandiwad
Has experience in various work environments from 30 years. Mainly deals with site management, bill checking and evaluation etc. Been with the firm from past 15 years.

B.Arch (Dr. D. Y Patil College), Mumbai, PG in Construction Management, NICMAR, Pune, M. Tech ( Urban & Regional Planning ) currently pursuing research from Manipal University.
She s previously worked with Kanvinde Rai & Chowdhury Architects, N Delhi, L&T ECC for IGI Airport New Delhi. Associated with the firm from 2012.
